Carl's Perfect Pig in White Bluff, TN

I was chatting with a friend the other day and they were telling me about a "Great BBQ place." Later that night, I saw the same place they were talking about on the television show 'Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives'. What is this place you ask? 'Carl's Perfect Pig' of White Bluff, Tennessee. I just absolutely had to try this place now! I drove almost two hours to get to this place and thought it better be worth it, and it was! You pull up into the driveway and you can smell an intriguing aroma filling the air, and that smell gets even better when you open the door. Pictures of pigs and cute sayings cover the pink walls. The tables are pink and white. Reminds me of no other than a pig! It's a little small, but it has a nice vibe and that "family feeling" to it. It also looked very clean, a big plus! The building is small, but the menu is not. I could not decide what to get! Finally, I decided on ribs. It took a little to cook, but not too long. The sauce was incredible and the meat literally fell off the bone. It was $18 for a full rack. That rack, 3 sides, and drink came out to about $25-30. Not too bad for what you got.
